Subscription Terms & Conditions
HangarIntel · HangarDrop · Combo Pack
Updated October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05
1. Agreement and scope
1.1 These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern subscriptions purchased from Saxton Aero Services LLC (“SAS,” “we,” or “us”) by the enrolling individual or business (“Subscriber,” or “you”). Covered services are HangarIntel, HangarDrop, and the HangarIntel + HangarDrop Combo Pack.
1.2 Your checkout confirmation and any signed or electronically accepted enrollment order, service order, proposal, or addendum (“Order”) identify the selected plan, billing cadence, service start date, included benefits, and any special commitments. A specific Order controls over conflicting general Terms. Separate authorized work orders govern custom production and aircraft maintenance.
1.3 These Terms do not enroll you in RampReady, Engine Health Check, Aircraft Health Report, FleetReady, AOGProtect, Digital Logbook Tech, aircraft rentals, groundschool, or Checkride Ready. Those services require their own applicable agreement.
2. Subscription plans and prices
2.1 All prices below are in U.S. dollars, before any applicable taxes. HangarIntel: Truck & Toolbox — $69 monthly or $759 annually; Regional Hangar — $149 monthly or $1,639 annually; Unlimited Airspace — $299 monthly or $2,990 annually.
2.2 HangarDrop — $249 monthly or $2,740 annually. Combo Pack (HangarIntel + HangarDrop) — $499 monthly or $5,479 annually. Annual prices are single advance payments for 12 months, not monthly installment commitments. The stated annual price controls the amount charged; “one month free” is an annual-pricing promotion, not a separate redeemable credit.
2.3 HangarIntel category, geographic, profile-view, export, and support limits follow the selected tier described at enrollment. The Combo Pack includes both services; its HangarIntel tier and any special limits must be identified in the Order rather than inferred from a standalone tier’s price. No service-exchange arrangement or additional benefit is included unless expressly agreed in writing.
2.4 HangarDrop’s standard program includes six targeted postcard drops per year, design, printing and postage for the stated campaign audience, four social posts per month, and past-client service reminders, as described in the Order. Deliverables follow the agreed production schedule, not an entitlement to all annual work immediately upon enrollment. Expanded audiences, extra drops, channels, or deliverables require a separate quote.
2.5 Custom work outside HangarDrop’s included offering, including Saxton Aero Media Hub production, is quoted in advance at $124 per hour plus agreed expenses. No additional custom work is authorized merely by subscribing.
3. Billing, automatic renewal, and payment
3.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance. Monthly plans automatically renew each month and annual plans automatically renew each year at the same cadence unless canceled under Section 4. The payment confirmation identifies your billing period; you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method for the subscription and separately approved work.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining valid billing details and paying applicable taxes unless a documented exemption applies. We may notify you of failed payment, attempt collection, and suspend services for overdue amounts. Suspension does not waive existing charges or extend a paid period automatically.
3.3 Renewal-price changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the affected renewal. Changes do not alter an already prepaid period without your agreement. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel the affected renewal by its effective date.
3.4 Admin-issued coupon codes are subject to the eligibility, discount amount, duration, and expiry shown when applied. Unless expressly authorized, discounts cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. The recurring total shown at checkout controls, including any return to standard pricing when a discount expires.
4. Cancellation, termination, and refunds
4.1 Subscriber cancellation: send written notice to info@saxtonaero.com at least 30 calendar days before your next renewal date. Include your subscriber or business name, billing email, and the plan to cancel. A phone call alone does not constitute written notice. SAS will confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date in writing; keep a copy of your request.
4.2 If timely notice is received, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly or annual period and the next renewal will not be charged. If notice is received fewer than 30 days before renewal, the subscription renews for one additional period at its existing cadence and cancellation takes effect at the end of that period, unless SAS agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires an earlier cancellation. For an annual subscription, that additional period is one year.
4.3 Service continues through the paid period, subject to these Terms. Canceling renewal does not immediately revoke current access. Prepaid monthly and annual fees are not prorated or refunded for Subscriber cancellation, nonuse, early departure, or unused included deliverables, except where required by law or expressly provided in the Order. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not waived.
4.4 SAS may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, misuse of data or benefits, unlawful outreach, abusive conduct, material misrepresentation, security risk, or other material breach. Where reasonably practicable, SAS will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable breach; urgent legal or security risks may require immediate suspension. Charges already due remain payable. Any refund on breach termination is governed by the Order and applicable law.
4.5 If SAS permanently discontinues a prepaid service without Subscriber breach, SAS will refund the unused portion attributable to that discontinued service unless another resolution is agreed in writing. Temporary interruptions are addressed under Section 8 and are not automatically permanent discontinuation.
4.6 Cancellation does not eliminate separately authorized charges already incurred for custom production, approved printing or mailing, travel, outside vendors, maintenance, or other work. Included printing and postage are not charged again as separate cancellation fees. Unused promotional credits and benefits have no cash value and expire when service ends unless the Order or law provides otherwise. No annual-inspection credit, maintenance credit, or Founder incentive is included by default.
5. Plan changes and transfers
5.1 Request an upgrade, downgrade, billing-cadence change, or Combo Pack change through info@saxtonaero.com. SAS will confirm the new scope, effective date, recurring price, and any prorated charge or credit in writing before applying it. A request alone does not authorize an additional subscription or guarantee an immediate change.
5.2 Unless a different arrangement is confirmed, downgrades take effect at renewal. A change that removes a service is subject to the 30-day notice rule in Section 4. Subscriptions, accounts, discounts, and credits may not be transferred or resold without SAS’s written approval.
6. Subscriber responsibilities and data use
6.1 Provide accurate business, billing, campaign, and contact information and promptly report changes. Protect account credentials and use HangarIntel data only within your plan’s permitted business purposes and limits. Do not resell access, redistribute the database, bypass limits, or use the services for unlawful, misleading, harassing, or discriminatory activities.
6.2 You are responsible for the legality of your outreach, including applicable email, telephone, text-message, advertising, privacy, and opt-out requirements. Public aircraft registry information is not consent to receive marketing. Verify relevant records and permissions before contacting recipients.
6.3 For HangarDrop, supply approved brand assets, accurate offers, usable photographs, audience information, and necessary social-account permissions. You warrant that you may use supplied material and authorize SAS to use it to perform your services. Review creative and approve it within the agreed production deadlines. Subscriber delays may move production and dispatch dates; they do not automatically pause billing or create refunds.
6.4 SAS may retain records reasonably necessary to provide services, document approvals, and meet legal obligations. Subscriber retains rights in supplied materials; rights in custom deliverables and editable source files are governed by the applicable Order. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the HangarIntel database or SAS’s pre-existing tools.
7. Service limitations and aviation disclaimer
7.1 These subscriptions provide business intelligence and marketing services, not insurance, a warranty, an aircraft maintenance agreement, or a guarantee of leads, bookings, revenue, return on investment, response rates, or mechanical outcomes. Website calculators and example dispatch calendars are illustrative, not promises of results or fixed delivery dates.
7.2 HangarIntel information depends on registry, third-party, and Subscriber-supplied records. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Inspection-due information, reminders, and analysis do not determine airworthiness and do not replace required inspections, maintenance, logbook endorsements, regulatory compliance, pilot preflight duties, or professional judgment.
7.3 HangarDrop dispatch and publication depend on timely approvals, service capacity, printers, postal services, social platforms, and audience eligibility. Mail arrival, platform availability, reach, and third-party response times are outside SAS’s full control. Priority support and “unlimited” features remain subject to the plan scope, reasonable use, and lawful operation.
7.4 Aircraft inspections, repairs, parts, AOG response, interior work, and other physical aviation services are excluded from these subscriptions unless separately authorized. They are governed by their own work orders and applicable aviation requirements.
8. Service standard, interruptions, and liability
8.1 SAS will perform the agreed services in a commercially reasonable manner. Report billing, data, or delivery concerns promptly so SAS can investigate and attempt an appropriate correction. No blanket release, indemnity obligation, or monetary liability cap is imposed by these Terms; any separately negotiated provision remains subject to applicable law.
8.2 Events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, airport closures, utility or communications failures, government action, supplier disruption, and third-party platform outages, may delay performance. SAS will use reasonable efforts to communicate and resume affected services. This provision does not waive legally required refunds or excuse charges that were not authorized.
9. Disputes and general provisions
9.1 Contact SAS management first to attempt good-faith resolution of a billing, scope, or performance dispute. Oklahoma law governs these Terms except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, select an exclusive court venue, or waive statutory remedies.
9.2 These Terms, your Order, and any separately authorized work orders and addenda form the agreement for the covered services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Material amendments will be communicated prospectively and will not retroactively reduce prepaid benefits without agreement or a legal requirement.
